Transcription Professionals is an intelligent, personalized, Chicago-based transcription service, with no use of AI or computer-assisted transcription. Instead of using AI, a constant source of work for us is to correct the AI-generated transcripts from other services, which are usually so poor that we have to start from scratch.

We work in practically all types of digital formats — including MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV and all Zoom formats — uploaded to us or sent to us on CD or DVD. We also still accept micro cassettes and standard-size cassette tapes. All work done is completely CONFIDENTIAL.

We provide in-house service in both English and Spanish. Plus we are now proud to partner with a translation company to provide 75 other languages, including German, French, Chinese and Arabic. For those, please inquire with Paula.
